Sign up to book a space in Brent Libraries today.

Booking a space at a venue near you has never been easier. Signing up is free and easy, and will allow you to check out our fantastic spaces. You will have your own online account, where you will be able to:

• Search multiple spaces
• Check availability and submit enquiries
• View your bookings
• Manage your account

Brent Libraries offer concessionary rates for regular hirers, local businesses, charities, and for educational groups.

To apply for one of these groups, please select "I am a member of a community group or charity" and select the relevant group from the drop-down.

If you are approved, an administrator will contact you to confirm that you have been accepted for that discount. This discount will automatically be applied to any future booking requests.

To be eligible for these groups, please refer to the information below:

• Charity - You can provide a relevant charity number on a letterheaded form.
• Regular Hirer - You have booked at least 4 slots/occurrences over the next four consecutive months.
• Local Business - You are booking on behalf of a business that is based within the London Borough of Brent.
• Educational Group—You are hiring on behalf of a group that provides tuition or learning (adults or juniors).
